2021 Registration Fee Information

 

Team Registration opens January 1, 2021 and is due April 1, 2021. Please see the outlined steps below for team registration.

 

DO NOT register your team prior to January 1, 2021.

For 2021, please do not purchase insurance until after February 15, 2021.

 

Click on graphic below or HERE to start the 2021 Team Registration process.  You can use the same username and password from last year.  This will also enable you to access a previous roster to save you time entering returning players on your 2021 roster. New teams or teams that can not access their 2020 team account should create a new account.
From there, simply fill out required information for your team. 

 

NOTE** All coaches /managers must complete their yearly background check (LINK IS HERE). 

The entire coaching and managerial staff must complete their background checks at the time you are submitting your application. Coaches & managers in Minnesota are also required to be certified in concussion awareness. This certification is good for 3 years. If you know you need the concussion training, a free training can be accessed HERE through the CDC. Once completed, please submit your certificate to Brandon Raymo (braymo22@gmail.com). Starting with the 2020 season, all coaches/managers are required to also take a sexual abuse awareness course. The certification is good for 2 years. All background checks, concussion certificates & abuse training will need to be completed before approval of your team registration. If you are unsure if you are up to date on everything, please email Brandon (braymo22@gmail.com).

 

Team Registration fees for 2021 are as follows:

Sr. Teams ..... National Fee = $TBD..... State Fee = $175 .... Adm Fee = $35
Jr. Teams ..... National Fee = $TBD ..... State Fee = $150.... Adm Fee = $35

Insurance premiums and national/state fees are rolled into one, combined purchase -- which is made through the national registration system, using a credit or debit card.

 

Deadline for payment of insurance is May 15, 2021.  Payments after the deadline incur a $200.00 late fee.
